Tottenham vs West Ham Analysis
Huge London derby between East and North London on Sunday as the Hammers travel to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to take on Spurs in a massive top four hunt battle as both teams are tied on identical points right now, Tottenham with an extra game in hand, with both looking to push on into a European place for next season.
Tottenham come off a comprehensive 2-0 road win over Brighton in midweek while West Ham came off an historic comeback win over Spanish side Sevilla on Thursday night which saw the Hammers qualify for their first major European quarter-final in over 40 years.
West Ham’s Historic European Success
It was a night to remember for the Hammers on Thursday night as they battled back to overcome the odds against the most successful club in Europa League history against six time winners Sevilla, as the Hammers scored a late extra-time winner to progress on to the quarter-finals for the first time since the early 1980’s.
Captain Mark Noble was in tears after the game and playmaker Declan Rice also looked emotional, but that won’t change what they have to do here, face a significant challenge against cross-town rivals Spurs this Sunday.

Bar a few teething hiccups early on for the Italian, it’s arguably been a very successful season so far for new boss Antonio Conte in North London.
