WNBA Player Props Predictions: Kelsey Plum Las Vegas Aces OVER 17.5 Points (-120) FD

Las Vegas Aces guard Kelsey Plum is averaging 18.3 points in the post season including a 24-point effort in Game 1 against the New York Liberty where she shot 9-17 from the field (52.9%).

Plum has had plenty of success against New York this season as she’s cleared this mark in 3 of 4 games with 24, 25, 13 and 22 points.

The Liberty defense is hell bent on not allowing MVP A’ja Wilson beat them and an outside shooter like Plum can capitalize on the double and triple teams.

In Game 1, Plum took the most shots and three-point attempts on her team while barely leaving the court with 37 minutes of floor time.

I fully expect the same in Game 2 and with that type of volume, 18+ points is a very manageable number.

WNBA Player Props Predictions: Marina Mabrey Connecticut Sun OVER 16.5 Points (-110) FD

Connecticut Sun guard Marina Mabrey has cleared this line in all three of her postseason games with 27, 17 and 20 points.

The 20-point effort came in Game 1 against the Minnesota Lynx where she shot 7-19 from the field and 6-11 from beyond the arc in 38 minutes of play.

Mabrey has had insane shot volume in all three games with 18+ field goal attempts and 10+ three-point attempts in each contest.

The Lynx can’t afford to completely focus on Mabrey defensively with players like DeWanna Bonner, Alyssa Thomas and DiJonai Carrington on the court.

If Mabrey is going to take 10+ shots from long distance, I love her chances of scoring 17+ points.
