Ended up giving this one out on the First Pitch show earlier today which you can find at the link below.

Similar to last week, wanted to play against Bowden Francis who is coming off a 111 pitch outing and saw his velo dip during his start against the Mets last week.

Francis also has what I consider to be unsustainable numbers considering his hard hit rate and the fact with a velo dip some of those fly balls might turn into home runs.

Amazingly, Franics took a no hitter into the 9th inning earlier this season against the Angels and threw just 70 pitches in his following start.  If that happens again here we end up with exposure to a Blue Jays bullpen that's arguably the worst relief unit in baseball right now.
