A home game against the Raiders should be just what the doctor ordered and I expect the Chargers to kick off the Harbaugh era with a victory.  The home team won both meetings last season. The Raiders dominated the game at Las Vegas while the Chargers won the game here by seven. They were laying -7 for that game. We're getting them with a much lower line here and I feel that's providing excellent value. *reduce to 2% if higher than -3. No play if higher than -4.
