Their chances still weren't good but people were starting to believe. Yesterday's loss hurt though and now they have to take on a much better team and a red hot pitcher. The rested Orioles send Eflin to the mound. He's got a 1.80 ERA from his lone career start vs the Tigers and he's 4-1 with an outstanding 1.97 ERA since the start of August. At 41-31, the O's have the third best road record in baseball. They'll improve on those numbers today.
