2% Washington State (-115) over Texas Tech — 

As I mentioned in the totals write-up, Texas Tech had a horrendous outing last week. They just barely pulled out the win against FCS Abilene Christian, and they allowed more yards than anyone through the air on average this season, despite a majority of the other teams facing off against FBS foes. 

Texas Tech actually got outgained by 76 yards and allowed 615 total yards, including the 506 passing yards. Washington State had some success through the air and while they had their own defensive issues at points, they kept their distance against Portland State and despite allowing 30 points to the FCS foe, they still won by 40!
