Phillies have not been a dog often but since July 6th they are only 4-8 in that role. Since mid-July Philadelphia is only 1-5 playing with rest scoring only 7 total runs in the 5 losses. 

Severino allowed 3 runs in 6 innings in his last start which was at Philly but he only allowed 3 hits (two were HR’s). In his previous two starts Severino went 13 2/3 innings allowing 2 runs on 11 hits.
