Cleveland has allowed 212 passing yards per game over the L2W, an obvious decline from last season. Although, the most concerning part for the Browns, those 2 games were against Trevor Lawrence and Daniel Jones. 

Jakobi Meyers has ranked 3rd on this team in receptions (14), targets (17) and receiving yards (152) on the season and he should be the main target in this one. Davante Adams has been ruled out with a hamstring issue, and Michael Mayer is listed as doubtful w/ a personal matter listed as the reasoning. 

Without those two, Meyers should be the main target, I could justify playing this as a 2% play. He is averaging over 50 YPG on the season, going over in 2 of the 3 games, including 1 against the Chargers, a top 10 pass defense in the league.
