We got a glimpse of how strong the upper echelon of FCS teams are when North Dakota state went to the half with a 20-17 lead over Colorado on Thursday. The thing is, South Dakota State crushed the Bison last year by a score of 33-16. This Jackrabbits team should be on another level than rivals North Dakota State. They bring back eight All Conference players, and they have 28 seniors on the roster. QB Mark Gronowski is a senior that has thrown for over 7,000 yards and 70 TDs in his career. If you are looking for holes, they did lose three starting offensive lineman. What did they do, well they brought in a guy from North Dakota State, and another guy from Oklahoma. I do like Mike Gundy and the Cowboys this season, but I really think they will be tested here in Week 1.
