The Cougars dropped 70 on Portland State in Week 1, the last time I saw a team drop 70 on the Vikings it was the Oregon Ducks. This team might be an after thought, and many won't show them any respect, but that might be a fatal mistake. The Cougars are well coached and they play with an attitude in Pullman. Texas Tech looked awful in Week 1, and their defense suffered several significant injuries. They lost a pair of starting linebackers for the season, and their star RB is questionable. The allowed 51 points and over 500 passing yards to some dude named Maverick versus Abilene Christian last week. The Cougars should be good for 35-40 at home.
