This is a 5* play on NYJ 1st Half.
The 49ERs are coming off another Super Bowl loss, and dating back to 2020 the loser of the Super Bowl is 5-19 ATS in Week 1. Aaron Rodgers only played 94 seconds in last year's season opener, and the Jets couldn't get off the ground without any decent QB play. Rodgers is back, and as long as he can stay healthy this team should be competitive. New York should be able to dominate the line of scrimmage, and Breece Hall appears primed for a breakout season. The 49ers have some questions on the offensive line, despite Trent Williams ending his holdout. In a battle between Aaron Rodgers vs Mr. Irrelevant, I'll take the points with Rodgers and company.
