The Panthers shocked the Raiders in Las Vegas last week, and Andy Dalton threw for 319 yards and three TDs. Carolina won just twice last season, and both of those wins came at home. They went on to lose at home in their next game on both occasions. Opponents averaged 30 points in those games. Despite last week's win, Carolina still ranks dead last in the NFL in scoring defense, allowing 32 points per game. The Bengals are 0-3, but have been on the wrong side of three close games. They probably should have won in Kansas City in Week 2. I like Burrow and the Bengals offense to cook here in Carolina.
