It's yet to be determined just how good this LSU team is, as thus far we’ve seen them lose to USC on a neutral and pick up a win against Nicholls. What we do know is they have some in game “maturity” to work on as far as focus, which HC Brian Kelly talked about after week 1. It’s hard to win on the road in the SEC against any opponent, but South Carolina just went to Lexington and won 31-6, putting them at 2-0 on the young season. The Gamecocks have a talented and athletic quarterback in LaNorris Sellers, and the defense is holding opponents to just 12.5 points per game on 3.61 yards per play.
