It's not often that I want to get behind Dean Kremer. But I'm going to risk it here given who the Orioles are facing. The Birds are 8-2 against the Rays this season. Tampa has only scored more than 4 runs in two of those 10 games, and lost them both. It's hard to trust Kremer, but the Rays offense is bottom five in runs scored and home runs hit on the road this season. However, Kremer was excellent against the Rays last season in two starts allowing just one run over 11 innings and an OBA of .158. The Orioles offense is one of the best at home this season and I'll have to trust that they can get to Shane Baz. They've hit the second most HRs of any team in baseball at home this season and they've scored the 4th most runs. Baltimore has owned Tampa this season and they should continue to do it here.
