Winner without Starting Strokes BetMGM

Full transparency.  I haven’t bet on Burns in a while but that has clearly been a mistake as he has been red hot during the playoffs finishing T5 at the FedEx St. Jude and T2 last week at the BMW Championship thanks to a 7-under final round.

His putter has been ridiculous gaining +1.89 SG Putting per round two weeks ago and +1.80 last week.  Going back a little further, Burns has gained more than 28 strokes on the greens over his last six starts.  The putter really is the great equalizer.

Though the greens are new this year, Burns has been comfortable around East Lake as well gaining nearly 14 strokes Putting over the last three years combined as well.

Finally, the situation for guys like Burns starting six strokes (or more) back is simple.  They need to play aggressive and go for birdies as their only chance to close the gap.  Nobody is better than Burns in that category as he ranks 1st in Birdie Conversion and 2nd in Birdie Average.  Let’s ride the hot putter to another strong finish.
