Earning a draw at Seattle is one thing as that is what San Jose was able to do in their last road match but this is a long way from home.  Aside from that draw, San Jose lost their other three of their last four matches including two home matches vs STL and Minnesota, on top of a loss at Vancouver.  And that's the moral of this story for them.  On the road the Quakes have been terrible with a 2-2-11 record and -18 goal differential.  Their 8 pts is tied for the lowest haul in the West with Dallas.

In 16 away matches, San Jose has allowed at least two goals in 14 of them!  Simply have to fade their defense.

Montreal hasn't been great this season, but they have had spurts of being good and many of those have come at home.  Although they have two losses in their last four home matches, those are their only two losses in their last 11 at home where they have proven to be a tough team to beat.  With San Jose surrendering nearly 2.0 xGA per away match, I think we see Montreal with plenty of chances here.
