Real is simply a far superior team and should control this match start to finish.  Lille has demonstrated they are not a team capable of competing against a team like Madrid.

They are coming off a win over Le Havre, but prior to that, they:

Settled for 3-3 home draw vs Strasbourg (Ligue 1)
Lost 0-2 at Sporting (UCL)
Lost 0-1 at St Etienne (Ligue 1)
Lost 1-3 at home vs PSG (Ligue 1)
Lost 1-2 at Slavia Prague (UCL Qualifier, (they took a 2-0 lead into leg 2, so technically they didn't need to win)).

The losses against PSG and Sporting are certainly telling.

Real are they defending champs, they are unbeaten through ten games in all competitions with seven wins and three draws.  The three draws all did come on the road, but Spanish teams are much more physical and I don't see Lille slowing them down much, if any.
