Barcelona are the only team in the La Liga to have won all 3 matches so far, all by the same 2-1 scoreline, and are sitting alone at the top. They now have a theoretically easy match at home against newcomers Valladolid, but Valladolid have been really tight so far and they can upset Barca here, at least in the first half. 

First half goals in Barcelona's matches so far: 1 against Rayo, 2 against Bilbao (but with a late penalty kick), and 2 against Valencia (with those goals coming late in the 44th and the stoppage time of the first half). They are not looking to impress with high-scoring wins, they are just extremely effective to get the job done without any real fireworks. 

Valladolid are coming off a goal-less draw against Leganes (in a match where we easily cashed the Under 2 Goals), so zero first half goals on that one, prior to that they held Real Madrid score-less in the first half on the road, and their match against Espanyol in the opener had just 1 first half goal. Valladolid are one of those teams that are mainly trying to not get overexposed, especially against the big teams, so I expect them to be really careful against Barcelona here. 

Logically speaking, Valladolid have absolutely no reason to open up in the first half, they will play a similar game as the one in Madrid against Real in hopes to shut the game down and kill the rhythm. The 1H Total is set at 1.25, which is a split line between 1 and 1.5 and we definitely like the 1H Under 1.25 here, which is still a half win if there's exactly 1 goal in the first half.
