Slovenia were one of the toughest teams to break down in the recent EUROs, and they did keep most of their roster, and the same coach, so there's no reason to believe they changed their game plan. It's defense all the way, and if they can find some open spaces on the counter-attack, so be it, but their main concern is to be super tight at the back. 

They went 4-0 to the Under 2.5 Goals in the EUROs, and they also went 3-0-1 to the 1H Under 1 Goal, with 1/0/0/0 first half goals against Denmark, Serbia, England and Portugal. And if this team can hold Portugal and England to goal-less draws, I'm pretty confident they can be as tight against Austria. 

Austria are a more offensive team, they went 3-1 to the Over 2.5 Goals in the EUROs, but only 1 of those 4 matches had 2 first half goals or more (1/2/1/1), with two of those goals being own-goals. 

Judging by what we've seen in the EUROs, and both teams remain relatively unchanged since then, there shouldn't be that many goals in the first half. The Under 2.5 Goals for the entire game is something to consider, but we definitely like the 1H Under 1 Goal a bit more. I think worst case scenario there's just 1 goal in the first half, and this bet is a Push, so I like that protection.
