Aston Villa dropped points for just the 2nd time this season (in 8 matches) after a 2-2 draw against EPL newcomers Ipswich on the weekend, with their offense producing once again, but their defense letting them down. They definitely have the firepower up front to score against a Bayern defense that is not entirely bulletproof. 

On the other hand, Bayern Munich dropped points for just the first time in the season with a 1-1 draw at home against Leverkusen, a match that they probably should have won. Prior to that they beat Werder Bremen by 5-0 and they absolutely demolished Dinamo Zagreb by a massive 9-2 in MD1 of the Champions League. Still unbeaten in the season (W6 D1 L0), scoring a total of 30 goals (an average of 4.28 goals/match), scoring 2+ goals in 6 of 7 and 3+ goals in 5 of 7. They have kept 3 clean sheets in 7 matches (against Ulm in the Cup, Freiburg and Werder Bremen), and conceded 2+ goals in 2 of those. Their defense looks better than last season, but they might need to score at least 2 or 3 goals in order to win this. 

Both teams with some serious firepower up front, Bayern will surely score at least once here, all we are looking for is a Villa goal to hit the parlay.
