OVER 48 NEBRASKA VS UTEP

Matt Rhule in year 2 at schools makes the biggest jumps. When he takes over programs in CFB, his year 2 teams make massive leaps. He did it at Temple and Baylor. I expect Nebraska to make that same kind of leap forward this year and it starts at home in game 1 against a terrible UTEP team that is rebuilding. Dylan Raiola, the #2 QB out of High School lands in Nebraska and I expect him to air it out against this weak defense of UTEP. New head coach Scotty Walden has already said he plans on running an offensive play every 12 seconds this season. That means more opportunities for points for Nebraska. Extra Possessions at home for a Nebraska team looking to make a statement leads me to love this OVER at 48 points.
