In-state rivalry saga Part II but other than shift of venue to Fort Collins all else seems same as last year. Offenses that can crank out points, Colorado OL problems probably can’t be exploited to the extent than Nebraska did last week, situational rage running high between these two and a posted total that’s in the attackable range. Colorado “extreme tempo”, big play seeking offense well known about by now and fully capable of revving up engine vs this foe. Colorado State side lesser known but had multiple potential portal entries stay in anticipation of special season. QB Fowler-Nicolosi & WR Horton form dangerous tandem spearheading potent offense that ran into “up in class” Texas defensive buzz saw Week #1. Different level of defense which is vulnerable to Rams strengths suggesting likely churning of the scoreboard here. Each side fully motivated and loaded with same ingredients and then some that resulted in last season’s 56 point regulation tally. Buffaloes star WR/CB Travis Hunter exited early with injury off of questionable sidelines hit that altered CU offense. Having him back healthy for this season & this game gives Colorado full offensive potential. Total played with a bit here earlier I the week as money pushed it down probably looking for followers…back where it started now which is still a spot that’s playable.
