Osvaldo Bido of Oakland has been in terrific form over his last 5 starts while posting a 1.55 ERA/0.79 WHIP. The A's will be facing Seattle starting pitcher Logan Gilbert today. The current Oakland roster has miserable career numbers versus Gilbert while going 9-64 (.141 BA/.167 OBP). After a red-hot offensive surge in July, Oakland cooled off considerable in August.

Speaking of Logan Gilbert, he's displayed very good form over his last 5 starts with a 3.00 ERA/o.93 WHIP.  Since 8/1, Seattle has an abysmal .206 team batting average which is the worst in MLB during that span. Furthermore, Seattle has been anemic offensively for a majority of this season and it's been their pitching that has enabled them to attain a somewhat respectable record.

I'm not crazy about either of these bullpens in recent weeks. Give me this game to go under the total as a first 5-inning wager.
