Purdue is quite simply a bad football team. The Boilermakers are 0-3 SU&ATS when facing FBS opponents this season and all those defeats came by 17 points or more. During those 3 contests the Purdue defense allowed 44.0 points and 476.7 yards per game. The Boilermakers lone road game thus far was at Oregon State where they lost 38-21 as a 1.5-point underdog. 

Wisconsin has lost twice this season, but those defeats came at the hands of #1 Alabama and #11 USC. This will be the Badgers Big 10 opener which will once again be played in front of a full house in Madison, Wisconsin. They will be in a sour mood after losing their last 2 albeit against nationally ranked opponents. The Badgers are the better team in this matchup and will impose their will on the mentally fragile Purdue Boilermakers.
