Analysis

3% Rotation #216477: UEFA Nations League: Saturday 3% OVER 2.5 +105 in Republic of Ireland vs England @ Noon ET - Honestly if, despite hot winning runs in Football and Baseball, if I was not doing so poorly recently in Soccer this would be an even higher rated play for me. Will keep at “just” 3% because of this factor but I love this match for goals. In this one we are seeing two new managers and I expect both Ireland and England to enjoy a bit of a new manager “bounce” here that brings out the best in each club. To be honest, England was a dreadful bore to watch in the Euros and it was amazing they made it all the way to the final versus Spain. They truly were fortunate and it was a bit of a miracle they made it to that final. That is why they have a new manager and I expect you will see much more attacking from England right out of the gate here. At the same time, Ireland is looking for some positive change as well and the last thing they can do here is just sit back and get pummeled on their own turf in Dublin. So, I do expect some attacking from Ireland and there have been enough personnel changes going on in the England squad that I am confident Ireland is going to break through and get some quality scoring chances and net at least one of those. At the same time I expect England to be relentless on the attack no matter the score. Yes, I know they have some attacking talent that is NOT playing in this one but this club is still stacked with so much talent and the key will be that manager Lee Carsley does have his troops ready to go here and they will be taking an aggressive approach! England, even with how boring they were, has both scored and conceded in 4 straight matches. Ireland was shutout in their most recent competitive fixture at home (non-friendly action) but in their 5 home matches in competitive action prior to that they scored an average of 2 goals apiece. Look for plenty of attack from both clubs here as they respond under their new managers. 3% OVER 2.5 +105 in Republic of Ireland
