The fact is Corbin Burnes has been struggling and don't be fooled by the fact he has been charged just 1 earned run in his last two starts! Burnes has allowed 22 runs (15 earned) on 29 hits in his last 4 starts spanning just 19.2 innings of work. As for Tampa Bay starter Zack Littell, his last road starts was a solid one at Houston but he was hit hard in 5 of his 7 most recent road starts prior to that. Littell has allowed 25 hits in 17 innings versus the Orioles this season so he is unlikely to be fooling these hitters, particularly in Baltimore. In fact, in his only start here he allowed 11 hits in 6 innings and was fortunate he did not allowed more than 3 earned runs. The Orioles have suprisingly not scored well in 3 straight home games but this was after averaging 5.7 runs scored per home game in their first 19 at home after the break. They will bounce back here against Littell. The Rays are not a big scoring team but have scored an average of 5 runs in last 9 games. Couple that with Burnes struggles and TB should hit well here today while also the Orioles bounce back at home and hit Littell as well.
