2% Rotation #455: NFL Sunday 2% OVER 49 in Miami Dolphins vs Jacksonville Jaguars @ 1 ET - Big total? Yes but this shapes up to be a back and forth shootout!  Two very strong offenses and two highly suspect defenses that each have new defensive coordinators. While Ryan Nielsen should end up doing a good job as DC in Jacksonville, it is going to take some time to get everyone on the same page with his systems, etc. Facing one of the most dangerous offenses in the league right out of the gate certainly won't help. The Dolphins went with Anthony Weaver as their DC and he is a solid coach but has been more of a position coach on defense (defensive line for example) rather than an actual defensive coordinator. Looking at how bad the Dolphins defense was last season, I don't expect overnight magical improvement here. It will take time. Also, both teams have excellent quarterbacks with Tua Tagovailoa off a monster season for Miami and Trevor Lawrence threw for over 4,000 yards for the Jags. The Jacksonville offense will also be helped by the fact that the Dolphins sack leader, Bradley Chubb, from last season is out for this game. I know we are asking for 50+ here but also keep in mind both teams have very strong rushing attacks too and that also opens things up to attack downfield. If you are a fan of the punting game of teams in the NFL tune in elsewhere because honestly we should see a lot of big plays and extended drives here and I just don't expect either punter to get much time on the field in what should be a back and forth high-scoring affair. 2% OVER 49 in Miami
