3% Rotation #216569: UEFA Nations League Monday 3% OVER 2.5 -115 in Romania vs Lithuania @ 2:45 ET - Romania off the huge 3-0 win over Kosovo but don't be totally fooled by the score-line. Yes they looked great on the attack and I do expect that to continue here. However, Kosovo also had some chances and did register 12 shots but had trouble getting shots on goal. Likewise, don't be completely fooled by the 1-0 loss Lithuania suffered to Cyprus. Now, of course, facing Romania is going to be much tougher for Lithuania then facing Cyprus but the point is Lithuania did register plenty of high-quality chances but just could not cash them in. I look for an interesting match to play out here in Bucuresti, where I am currently, and I expect the goals to fly here. That's because Romania is so confident right now and feeling so strong after the 3-0 win over Kosovo that I have a strong feeling this hungry Lithuania club that just got embarrassed at home is going to score at least once here. A lot of times overconfident clubs off a big win can end up surrendering quality chances in their next match as they underestimate the opposition. Ultimately I do expect Romania prevails and certainly they are a big favorite, -1.5 goals on the goal line, with good reason. But the point is that I am expecting a 2-1 or 3-1 type match for this reason. Lithuania has some attacking talent and they had scored 9 goals in their last 7 competitive fixtures prior to the home shutout loss to Cyprus. They will respond here off that embarrassing loss but Romania ultimately proves to be too much and will attack aggressively at home. We could get burned by a 2-0 final here but not only do I expect Lithuania to score here, we also already saw that Romania will not hesitate to push for a 3rd goal as well just like they did against Kosovo.
