3% Rotation #376: CFB Saturday 3% Oklahoma State Cowboys Money Line -142 vs West Virginia Mountaineers @ 4 ET - The Cowboys have dropped all the way down to a 2.5 but with juice in the -115 to -120 range. That said, to me the best value is laying just a little more juice here and simply needing the Cowboys to win the game to cash your ticket. That said, what might have been a 4% in the 2.5 range is now a 3% here but I like having the OSU money line in this one. West Virginia off a bye week which followed a big comeback win over Kansas. But, keep in mind, WVU was only 1-2 SU before that with their only win over Albany. Also, Oklahoma State was a ranked team but is now at home and coming off B2B losses including getting walloped at Kansas State last week. I feel certain that Oklahoma State is going to respond in a strong way here and they have a great offensive line and the Mountaineers have a horrible pass defense. This is a desperate OSU team that is 0-2 in Big 12 play and fired up to respond and I expect the Mountaineers are not going to play well on the road here. Also, the Cowboys actually have gone 8-1 both SU and ATS in last 9 games against WVU. They do it again here! Lay it! 3% OKLAHOMA STATE  -142
