In our opinion, the likelihood that an Indianapolis -2.5 point spread comes into play in this contest is slim. With Malik Willis at the helm in Green Bay, this is going to be a high-variance contest and we'd rather take a big swing at some plus-money alt spreads instead of laying -115 or -120 on the current line. Willis has been a member of the Packers for less than a month after getting traded from Tennessee for a seventh round draft pick in August. He joined the team ten days before getting thrown into the fourth quarter of the Packers' Week 1 loss to Philadelphia. Willis has not been a starter since his rookie season in 2022, where he went 25-of-49 for 234 passing yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions in three games. He did not reach the 100-yard passing mark in any of those games. If this goes south for Willis, we want to capitalize on a couple big numbers and not the traditional -2.5 point spread.
