The Blue Jays are the #7 hitting team in MLB right now and the Texas Rangers have one of the worst bullpens in MLB. Rocker is a young guy with electric stuff but the Rangers are not playing for anything, they just want to see what he has got. They are not leaving him out there for 7 innings to secure a playoff spot, and he only pitched 4 innings last start.
Any sign of trouble and we should see that awful Texas bullpen face the #7 lineup in MLB. I like the Jays to go over 3.5 in this one. They get 9 full innings of at bats in a hitter's park.
