(959) Los Angeles Dodgers at (960) Arizona Diamondbacks
The Dbacks and Dodgers start a weekend series in the desert. This feels like an opportune spot to play on Arizona coming off a down series at home against the Mets and finished a day game yesterday. The Dodgers played a night game at home and had to travel. Clayton Kershaw starts for LA. The Dbacks hit lefties at home very well. They are top 3 in runs scored, batting average and OPS. Gallen has been excellent at home over the last two seasons. His numbers this year are down comparatively to last season at home, but still Gallen has a proven track record at home. They have the bats to back it up at home in a playoff-type series. I'll leave Arizona's questionable bullpen out of this game and hope the Dbacks get to Kershaw early.
