(959) Atlanta Braves at (960) Philadelphia Phillies
The Braves and Phillies finish their four game series in Philadelphia. The pitching matchup here is highlighted by Aaron Nola who has a 2.87 ERA at home this season and is holding opposing hitters to a .216 batting average. In Nola's last two starts against the Braves, the only runs he allowed were on home runs. So he needs to keep the ball in the ballpark. This is also a different Braves lineup. Atlanta willl start Spencer Schwellenbach. The Nebraska standout has really turned it on as of late. He's won both of his starts against the Philly this year going 12.2 innings, allowing just 3 runs and striking out 15. The opening two games of this series went over the total and the last game finally stayed under. A lot of the runs have come late against the builpen as in the first five innings, they scored just three runs in game 1, five runs in game 2 and one run in game three. The starters here should be able to take care of business.
