The Phillies finish their series with the Rays at Citizens Bank Park. I'm backing Zack Wheeler and his phenomenal home stats here. Wheeler is holding opponents to a .187 batting average at home with a sub-one WHIP and a 2.27 ERA. He's facing a Rays offense that is bottom five in runs scored, batting average, OPS and wRC+ on the road since August 1st. I don't expect Wheeler to give up more than a run here. The Phillies bats have cooled off a bit over that span, as they are bottom 10 in runs scored at home. So there is some risk here. But they give Wheeler 4.82 runs of support when he starts. Hopefully they can get to Shane Baz early. Baz has given up 4 home runs over his last three starts and that's the best chance Philly has to get on the board. They've hit the 4th most home runs at home this season. If they can do it here, Wheeler will take care of the rest.
