Diakiese: Marc is a recently released UFC top 20 lightweight. UFC let him go because his new style of wrestling was not putting fans in seats. Still only 31 years old there is plenty of tread left on the tires. Bellator knows what they are doing here giving him 37 year old Tim Wilde who is 6 months removed from a heavy knockout loss. Diakiese should have Tim covered everywhere in this matchup. He should dominate in the wrestling and is the much more dangerous fighter on the feet. Expect Marc to stay safe on the feet and work the ground game. I just don't see the 37 year old Wilde pulling the upset on Bellator's new shiny toy.

Trainer: Luke has been a bet-on fighter since his loss to Simon Biyong in 2022. 3 straight wins 2 finishes. At 6'6 he is a massive man but has the athleticism of a middleweight. His ground game is the best part and for a big man like that it is near impossible to control him. His gets 14-1 Laurynas Urbonavicius, don't let the record fool you he has fought nobody in his run. His last fight he fought an 0-0 opponent, not a good look at 36 years old. He is the definition of a can crusher. Trainer should have his way here however he wants it, and should lock up a submission after Laurynas realizes he is in the cage with a real fighter.
