Analysis

Thursday Night Football has the Bills in Miami to face the Dolphins. This has been a one-sided series since Josh Allen entered the NFL. He's 11-2 straight up against the Dolphins, including playoffs. Allen himself has been phenomenal against against the ‘Fins. He averages over 280 passing yards per game to go with 36 touchdowns and just 9 interceptions and a 110.1 quarterback rating. The Bills offense with Allen has averaged 33 points per game against Miami and only scored less than 30 four times and less than 20 twice, which were the two losses. Miami’s offense has been more potent under Mike McDaniel, but Bills head coach Sean McDermott has had an answer for Miami's best weapon, Tyreek Hill. Including his time with the Chiefs, Hill has never had more than 82 receiving yards in a game and averages just 52 yards. He's only had two touchdowns in 7 games against the Bills. The Dolphins are also short-handed with RB Raheem Mostert already ruled out and Devon Achane questionable on this short week. The Bills get an advantage with the game being at night as temperatures will be much cooler. Both Bills losses with Allen were in Miami, so the night game favors Buffalo. Allen is also 6-0 straight up in his career on Thursday games. I'll take the points, but I think Buffalo wins the game outright.
