3% Rotation #283: NFL Sunday 3% Los Angeles Rams +1.5 -120 @ Arizona Cardinals @ 4:05 ET - The Rams were down 17 to 3 last week and rallied to take the lead 20-17 in the 4th quarter before suffering a tough loss in OT.  The Cardinals were UP 17 to 3 last week at Buffalo and then got outscored 31 to 3 the rest of the way (not including AZ KR TD). In other words, not including special teams TD, the Cards got completely dominated after their big lead. Conversely, the Rams actually outgained the Lions by about 100 yards in regulation time but Detroit got a late game-tying field goal and then won the coin toss and immediately scored a TD on a long drive in OT. The Rams never even go to touch the ball in OT. That being said, you can see last week's results were VASTLY different for these teams even though both teams lost. Now we get line value this week because Arizona has to be hanging their heads after that demoralizing beatdown following the 2-TD lead against the Bills. Conversely, the Rams will enter this one very hungry and with a special resolve to close this game out after they became much stronger as last week's game went along. Yes they gave up the TD in OT but the Lions are a high quality team and the Rams very nearly got the outright win on the road. Now they face a much weaker team this week and I look for the Rams to roll on the road. They certainly have the big coaching edge in this match-up. Also, LA is 13-2 in the last 15 meetings between these teams and that included many dominating wins. In fact, none of the 13 wins for Los Angeles have come by less than 7 points. Any win will do for us here and I like the odds on that here as we can even get LA at +1 -115 at DraftKings or +1.5 -120 at FanDuel as of 7:45 AM ET Sunday morning.
