Gave this a shot last week and feel a bit shafted by game that easily could’ve cashed. New York is committed to a high volume passing philosophy which either good or bad creates an extra layer of scoring opportunities. In their case those opportunities are two-way as evidenced by Minnesota “Pick 6” last week. This time New York gets a nice matchup vs. the horrendous Washington pass defense so figure their scoring to tick upward. Counter side is Commanders dual threat QB Jaylen Daniels and his arsenal vs. Giants bottom tier secondary. Matchup shapes up favorably but even more attractive is the current number which is perception based. Low bar gives plenty of room to get up and “over”.
