NFL - Atlanta Falcons at Philadelphia Eagles 

Game Thoughts: Week 1 hype had many thinking the Falcons would easily knock off the Steelers but after an 18-10 defeat fans alike believe this is the same Falcons team and it's clearly an overreaction. Week 2 saw some teams that looked abysmal in the opening week performing much better and the Falcons should be another. The Cousins era didn't get off the runway but we're getting much more than a field goal game in one that likely could have been lined as one. While the Eagles looked good offensively in Brazil in the final 45 minutes after a flat opening 15 I'll go back to the fact the Falcons didn't allow a TD in their opener in a game in which I'd expect the Falcons to try and establish the run with 2nd year Bijan Robinson who was held to 68 yards on 18 carries, if they can it opens up a passing game for Cousins against what was a shaky Eagles secondary. Falcons kept the Steelers to 3.3 rushing yards per carry and will have to be equally good against Barkley. The signs are there for an outright win by Atlanta tonight so we'll gladly take the plus 5.5 here.
