Also, he has a 1.66 WHIP versus lefties compared to a 1.05 WHIP versus righties this season. Note that the Phillies are loaded with left-handed batters and it is likely that at least 5 left-handed sticks will be in the lineup again tonight. As for the right-handed bats they have they are dangerous hitters like Turner, Realmuto, Castellanos and Bohm. The point is that this will be a very tough match-up for Montas.
