Brest are playing their first Champions League match ever, against a very dangerous Sturm Graz side that has experience playing in these competitions, with 3 consecutive runs in the Europa League group stage in each of L/3 seasons. I completely disagree with Brest's favouritism in this spot, I think the odds should be more balanced. 

Brest have made a bad start in the new season (W1 D0 L3), but they've had a tough schedule (losses to Marseille, Lens and PSG, win against St Etienne), scoring in 3 of 4 and keeping 1 clean sheet. They have some quality up front, but their defense is susceptible t o mistakes, and they can't use their own home ground, but they have been granted the nearby (90 miles away) stadium of Guingamp. 

Sturm Graz are in excellent form coming to this match, having won 5 in a row in domestic competitions, scoring 2+ goals in all 5 (a total of 13 goals) and conceding just 4 in that span. The reigning champions of Austria, who also won the domestic double, have gotten better in the last couple of seasons, and this is probably one of the easiest matches they have in this League Phase (same goes for Brest). 

If Brest weren't missing key players Lees-Melou and Fevre we would be having a different discussion. They can still score, but Sturm Graz are coming here looking to play spoiler, and the odds don't reflect the danger.
