The Bengals are a shocking 0-3 to start the season after suffering a 38-33 upset loss to Washington last Monday night. However, despite that poor start they find themselves as a road favorite versus a rejuvenated Arizona team which is coming off a stunning 36-22 upset win at Las Vegas this past Sunday. It was the Panthers first win of the season after losing their first 2 and being outscored by a combined 73-13 while doing so. Hence, 2nd-year quarterback Bryce Young being benched in favor of veteran journeyman signal caller Andy Dalton last week. Dalton proceeded to go 26-37 passing for 319 yards, 3 touchdowns, and no interceptions. 

Any NFL home team coming off a SU win in which they scored 14-points or more, and they are allowing 145 or less rushing yards per game, versus an opponent that is 0-3 and their previous loss came by 38 points or fewer, resulted in those home teams going 24-1 SU (96%) since 1991.
