Definitely not a fan of either team defensively, but I do think this number is a little high. United allowed three goals to Liverpool and two to Brighton but kept three clean sheets in their other matches and held City to just one goal in the Community Shield. They have allowed 1.28 xGA on the season which drops to 1.10 at home including that Liverpool match.
Tottenham scored four goals against Everton and three against Brentford, but against quality, they lost 0-1 to Arsenal and 1-2 to Newcastle. They often run up the score against inferior opponents but that certainly won't be the case against United. Spurs have allowed only 1.06 xGA this season and have only created 1.20 xG in their two away matches.
