Analysis

Arsenal -750

This should be a complete domination as Arsenal are one of the top teams in the league at 4-2-0, and Southampton are 0-1-5.  Arsenal are better everywhere, and I don't see Southampton being able to get anything going on offense, and it's only a matter of time before Arsenal gets the first goal and probably several more after that.  We won't overthink this, we'll just take the ML here is what should be an easy win for Arsenal.

Man City Tie No Bet -1400

City have won a staggering 16 straight games against Fulham, and they haven't been beaten in 49 straight home games.  City is still adjusting to life without Rodri, who is out for the season, so I think it's a bit safer to just take the Tie No Bet here as they've drawn in their last two EPL games.  In the end, City should get the win as their offense is almost impossible to stop all game, but I don't see how they lose here at home.  Fulham has played well to start the season, but City is in a tier above them so I'll happily use this as a parlay piece.

Aldo/Bautista Will Go The Distance -280

I don't see a finish in this fight as this fight is at elevation in Salt Lake City so outside of the first round, these guys probably don't have KO or submission energy left.  Aldo is one of the best defensive fighters ever, and we saw it in his last fight against Jonathan Martinez where he frustrated JMart and outpointed him to a decision win.  His last 5 fights went to decision, and Bautista's last couple fights have gone to decision as well.  Bautista finished 3 straight opponents before those decision wins, but those opponents were terrible, and Aldo still has a lot left in the tank.  I expect Bautista to not be able to land a lot of big shots or get too many takedowns as Aldo's defense will shine everywhere, and Aldo isn't finishing anyone these days.  I expect the judges to decide this fight, I don't care who wins.
