If you remove the Week 18 game against the Browns when Jeff Driskel was playing quarterback for Cleveland, here's how Cincinnati has performed as a favorite since the end of last season: Lost outright as a 5.5-point home favorite vs Houston; Lost outright as a 3-point road favorite at Pittsburgh; Lost outright as a 7.5-point home favorite vs New England; and needed overtime to get past Minnesota as a 3-point home favorite in a game where the Vikings dominated the box score. It's no secret that Washington probably has the worst secondary in the NFL this season, but this is probably the best time to be catching the Bengals. Cincinnati is coming off a last-second road loss at Kansas City. Tee Higgins still hasn't taken the field and Ja'Marr Chase was held to four catches for 35 yards at Arrowhead last week. The Bengals' offense has gotten nothing from the run game after Joe Mixon left for Houston. Cincinnati has only averaged 72 yards per game on the ground through two weeks, and Joe Burrow is responsible for a healthy chunk of those. The Bengals will likely be a popular teaser play this week, but just like Week 1 against the Patriots, we wouldn't be shocked to see an outright upset on Monday night.
