THE PLAY: Ray-Ray McCloud III Receptions O/U Over 2.5 (-155)

McCloud had four catches on seven targets in the opener. Those seven targets were a team-high. Therefore, I don’t think needing three catches from McCloud tonight is a big ask. Kirk Cousins, still recovering from his Achilles injury, wants to get the ball out quickly. And that means looking for his slot receiver. 

THE PLAY: Total Over 11.0 (-118) M Kelly (RHP), A Senzatela (RHP) Must Start

Arizona takes its league-leading offense into the most hitter-friendly park in the league. This is a team that has scored double digit runs in three of its last six games, scoring six or more in five of those six. Tonight, the D’backs are going against Antonio Senzatela, who has not started a big league game since May of last year. The Rockies also have the worst bullpen in all of MLB. So the road team, with nine at-bats, should definitely put up some runs here. As for Colorado, we know they are one of the highest scoring home teams. In fact, only Arizona averages more runs per game at home than do the Rockies. (The D’backs are also #1 in runs scored on the road). Colorado is good for at least 5 runs, which should be enough to get this one Over. By the way, D’backs starter Merrill Kelly has a 6.26 ERA his last five starts.
