Minchew has thrown for 250+ in both games, & they have been able to move the ball. It won't surprise me to see some sloppy play by the Raiders early on after their big upset win vs Baltimore. I forecast a clear day with no wind in the dome, so conditions will be favorable. There are trends that point to the over when teams are winless and on the road that only help this look.
