THE PLAY: Saquon Barkley Rushing Yards O/U Under 73.5 (-115)
I've been pleased by Barkley's strong start this season, as I have him in a fantasy league that I'm in with a few friends. However, he's likely to find the going considerably tougher this week. After New England struggled on Thursday, the Saints now rank second against the run so far this season, allowing just 63 yards on the ground. Admittedly, that's partly a result of teams having to abandon the run, due to New Orleans leading. However, the Saints are also allowing an average of just 3.1 yards per carry. That's also the second best mark in the league. While it won't be easy, I expect the Saints to really emphasize stopping the run and forcing the Eagles to try and beat them through the air. Look for them to slow down Saquon and keep him under his projected total of rushing yards. *good at 73 or better. (currently 74.5 at pinnacle)

THE PLAY: LSU -22.5 (-110)
The Tigers survived a scare last week to win 36-33 at South Carolina. They should follow it up with a blowout win over UCLA. The Bruins just got crushed 42-13 at home by Indiana. The Hoosiers are solid but they're not LSU. Really, the Bruins are staring a losing streak in the face. After this, they've got Oregon and then they play at Penn State. Last week will serve as a wake-up call for LSU; the Tigers haven't forgotten that UCLA beat them in September of 2021. They should be happy to run up the score. I like them up to -24.
