The Heat didn't put up much of a fight in Game 3. With the Cavaliers up 3-0, if it wasn't already, this series is now a foregone conclusion. That being the case, it may not have quite as much defensive intensity as it would, if the series was closer. The Heat haven't been able to stop the Cavs from scoring. There's little reason to think that they'll suddenly figure it out. With the pressure off, they may start hitting a few more of their own shots though. This is the lowest O/U line of the series.
